This was a great experience. Zach at ridge st understood what I am trying to do with my money and investments. My bank of 35 years didn't get it. The process was mapped out nicely and required very little from me. Will be working with Ridge Street, again.

I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but this one is highly earned. I work in real estate myself and I've done many deals with lenders and this was by far one of the easiest deals I've done. I was looking for a DSCR loan for myself and unfortunately nobody locally lended on anything where the financed amount was under 100k. I got on Google, found Ridge Street Capital and reached out. I think it was on a Friday after hours and Zach the owner was kind enough to pick up the phone and run through the numbers. We went under contract and the process was smooth. The information given was straight forward and clear throughout the process. Zach and Emily answered all the questions I had and even helped overcome some obstacles I had at the end.
